The Courtyard is attached to the Bayfront Center and the Sheraton is connected with a sky bridge.  Both hotels are accepting reservations.  The pre-filled dates are the 13th -19th.  If the reservation screen says there are no rooms available, you may have to switch the check-in date to the 14th. Room Rates $149 per night.

The Bayfront hotels do allow dogs, but require a $75 fee and a waiver.
