North American Game Warden Museum

The North American Game Warden Museum (NAGWM) strives to foster awareness and understanding through creative and innovative programs that stimulate, engage and inspire people of all ages regarding the game warden profession and natural resource protection.  In accordance with the goals of promoting conservation law enforcement and preserving our natural resources through education, the NAGWM will be awarding a $500 scholarship to a deserving student.  

  • Students entering college or currently enrolled at a post-secondary school will be considered from both the US and Canada.  
  • The student should be planning to major or currently majoring in the field of natural resource management, environmental studies, Law Enforcement with emphasis on wildlife and/or fisheries or any similar field. 
  • All applicants will be reviewed based on the totality of the application.  Applications MUST be received no later than 11:59 PM May 30 Each Year.

  • Scholarships range yearly based on funding but are a minimum of $500 USD and equivalent CA.  Awards will be announced by August 1.

 

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA:  1) Academic achievement 2) Work/Volunteer activities to promote preservation/conservation of natural resources 3) Currently or plans to major in an environmentally based field in particular Conservation Law Enforcement or closely related field
